We reply with a written quotation covering specification, packing and shipping terms. We also tell you upfront if there is anything we cannot supply, or if a product needs permits or licences (for example, Red Sandalwood and medicines).
Once you are happy, we confirm the specification, packing and quantity with you in writing. Nothing is left to assumption.
Before dispatch, goods are checked against the agreed specification. If something does not match, you hear about it from us before it ships.
We prepare the export or import documents for your destination and coordinate packing and shipment. You get regular updates as the consignment moves.
